List of data in production buildings, that can change on upgrade

This list should contain anything, you'd like to buy as an upgrade. This also means negative effects of upgrades, such as an increase in a buildings running costs.

Open questions

Open question: How should the change of running costs be specified? as an integer, that is added/subtracted, according to is sign (costs: current_costs + value) or as a float factor (costs : current_costs * factor)? Totycro 00:36, 11 December 2009 (UTC)

• imho this should be current_costs == new_costs, so that the cost of upgrading can vary in any way the balancing needs... --Terwarf 20:40, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
