Proposal
The building menu is the place where you select buildings to build. It's one of the most needed menus.
Summary
This should be a window based on a left-hand side tab bar where you can select the configuration level or special buildings. If you select a configuration level, all the buildings of this class should be displayed orderd in military, manufracturing and so on. In the special menu, all the gifts of the population are shown. Below the the list is a place where the selectet building is described.
If you click once on a icon, the descriptionis shown. After a double click, the general build process starts.
Implementation related note
Workings
Firstly, the player have to secect a tab and after that the correct building. After that, it's on him, if he want's to read the description (single click) or wants to build it (double click) by clicking on the building's icon.
Graphical content
We need icons for every building and the menue graphics.
Open questions
